I have noticed from people whom I work with, that are either on medical marijuana or using it for recreational purposes – that they are not aware that marijuana pulls magnesium out of their system.
Basically, it drains the body of it. Which could explain a lot as goes for tiredness, the feeling of being marijuana hungover or low on psychological energy.
When this happens, it can make us bypass the things we need to take care of on a practical or emotional level.
On a physical level, Magnesium deficiency is downright scary.
Advice – Take a magnesium supplement every second or third day if you are a regular user.
If you feel that you are in lack of Magnesium take 2 Capsules a day for 5 days.

We need to remember that cannabis is a powerful herbal medicine and should be treated in this way. It turns out that using marijuana tends to deplete the body’s stores of magnesium, with the result that the person feels more anxious after coming down from the high. Of course, that doesn’t mean that it isn’t safe in moderation. It means that over time, if used consistently without proper balance via magnesium replenishment, it can and will cause magnesium deficiency.
