I read about this famous artist who had changed her name three times this year-but things were still bad.
The famous quote by Caesar: “The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars, But in ourselves..’ Is spiritually valid.
A good example is numerology, which I respect.
I do not see the point in is changing your name, without changing your behavior or patterns of self-conduct.
If you change your name to: Tranquility Morningstar’, it will not make you ‘more spiritual’ and it will not make an unsettled mind tranquil.
You just take on a new coat, which can make you feel funky on whatever road you are on, but it won’t change You.
You have to change the: You. (Ego)
Change the road you are on, Change Your Ways, Change Your Actions.
The biggest problem in spirituality:
Spiritually Overachieving or Spiritual Laziness.
Two sides of the same coin.
Both will open the gate for a spiritual depression to enter or to just give up.
If you ever ask yourself: ‘Am I spiritual enough’ you are spiritually second guessing yourself.
Which shouldn’t be mistaken for spiritual doubt.
Spiritual doubt is the byproduct of genuine spirituality.
‘My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?’
Spiritually second guessing yourself is the byproduct of:
‘Do others see how amazingly spiritual I really am’
Who cares? Only you know.
‘Tranquility Morningstar’, can’t help you here
